Without leaving Ferreries
Ferreries is the highest village of Menorca, located in a valley bounded by five mountains. From the hotel you can make a pleasant excursion on foot to s'Ermita and contemplate from the top the whole profile of the town; or visit one of the oldest sites of Menorca's prehistory located in the estate of Son Mercer. Without taking the car you can also climb to the top of s'Enclusa which, with 275 meters, is the second highest mountain that stands out in the horizontality of the whole island.
The most recommended hiking route that you can do from the hotel is the Camí Reial, one of the oldest itineraries of the island whose route leads to the imposing Barranc d'Algendar, a jewel for nature lovers

On the way to history
If you visit Menorca, you can't miss Ciutadella, the island's former capital.
Walking through its cobbled streets is like traveling back in time: stately palaces, hidden courtyards, Gothic churches, and lively squares.
The historic center is compact and easy to explore on foot—perfect for getting lost among local shops, small art galleries, and charming cafés. Don’t forget to visit the Cathedral of Santa Maria, built on the site of an old mosque, and take a stroll to the Port Antic, one of the most picturesque spots to watch the sunset or enjoy dinner by the sea.
Every corner of Ciutadella exudes history and Menorcan character, especially during the Sant Joan festivities, when the town transforms into a spectacular display of tradition and excitement.
From Hotel Noualt Suites, getting to Ciutadella is easy: in just 10–15 minutes by car, you'll be in the heart of one of the most beautiful cities in the Mediterranean.

the capital
During your stay in Menorca, we encourage you to discover Maó, the island’s current capital.
A vibrant and bright city open to the sea, Maó is known for having one of the largest natural harbors in the world, stretching over 6 kilometers.
In its old town, you’ll find colonial-style buildings, historic markets such as the Mercat des Peix and the Claustre del Carme, as well as a lively cultural scene with museums, exhibitions, and live music throughout the year.
Don’t miss the viewpoint next to the town hall, the impressive Teatre Principal de Maó (the oldest operating theater in Spain), or take a boat trip to admire the city from the sea.
Maó blends Menorcan tradition with a cosmopolitan flair that will surprise you.
From Hotel Noualt Suites, you can get there in just 30–35 minutes by car — perfect for a different kind of morning and a lunch by the harbor.
