Without leaving Ferreries



Ferreries is the highest village of Menorca, located in a valley bounded by five mountains. From the hotel you can make a pleasant excursion on foot to s'Ermita and contemplate from the top the whole profile of the town; or visit one of the oldest sites of Menorca's prehistory located in the estate of Son Mercer. Without taking the car you can also climb to the top of s'Enclusa which, with 275 meters, is the second highest mountain that stands out in the horizontality of the whole island.

The most recommended hiking route that you can do from the hotel is the Camí Reial, one of the oldest itineraries of the island whose route leads to the imposing Barranc d'Algendar, a jewel for nature lovers

Heading north



On the way to Ets Alocs you will find several points of interest where to stop. The ethnological and natural science museum of Binissuès and the remains of a castle from the Muslim period that are at the top of the mountain of Santa Àgueda, from where you can see a large part of the north coast of the island. From Macar de Ets Alocs you can walk to El Pilar, a virgin cove where the color of the sand contrasts with the clay that dominates the geology that surrounds the beach, or start an excursion along a stretch of the north coast of the Camí de Cavalls that runs along the entire island

To the south



The road from Ferreries heading south south will take you to Cala Galdana, the most visited and spectacular urbanized beach of Menorca, with all kinds of tourist services and different options for you to enjoy the sea and nautical activities. After a walk of just fifteen minutes the landscape changes completely and Cala Mitjana and Cala Mitjaneta open the way, two virgin paradises of crystal clear waters surrounded by pine trees that will not leave you indifferent.

Without leaving the municipality, you can also hire equestrian excursions to discover Menorca on horseback
